Delivery & Shipping Policy 

United Kingdom

All orders within the United Kingdom are processed within 2 working days from receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders will be shipped within 2 working days.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Romania, Poland, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Denmark, USA, Canada.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Les Petite Treats LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our delicious cakes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer 3 day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, the box of cakes must be in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be returned in its original packaging. If the cakes have been consumed or are not in their original condition, we cannot accept the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at lespetitetreats@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
